Is it possible to cancel registration for using a Myna health insurance card?

If you wish to cancel your registration for using a Myna health insurance card for whatever reason, you can apply to the Health Insurance Society to do so. (You can also register again after cancellation.)

“Application to Cancel Registration to Use an Individual Number Card as a Health Insurance Card”

Please note that we will not inform the applicant that cancellation has been completed. Therefore, please go to Mynaportal, and then check your “Individual Number Card usage situation,” which is under “Health Insurance Certificate.” After applying to cancel usage registration, it may take around one to two months to apply this to your Mynaportal information. After applying for cancellation, please use your digital Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate.

If you transfer to a different medical insurer, etc. during the period between applying for cancellation and the completion of cancellation (approximately one to two months), please inform your new medical insurer, etc. that you have applied for cancellation with your previous medical insurer, etc.
