Please confirm whether you have submitted the documents necessary for recognition of supporter status, which are requested by the Human Resources Department upon joining the company.

If there is any delay in submitting these documents, family member “web service information” might be sent separately from the employee’s. In addition, if there is any problem with the documents, including missing information, dependent family members will not be recognized, so no “web service information” for them will arrive.
