Family health consultations by telephone

The Health Insurance Society provides family health consultation services by telephone to respond to any health-related concerns or worries members may have. We encourage members to use these services.

  • ** Listen to the voice guidance. Press the button corresponding to the number for the service you want to use (press “1” for telephone health consultations).
  • ** You can also dial this number from your mobile phone.
  • ** Please do not disable caller ID when calling.
  • ** If you are unable to connect, dial 186 before dialing the telephone number.
  • ** Consultations may be restricted or suspended, depending on user conditions or the nature of the consultation.

  • ** If you are not using a touchtone telephone, dial the number and press the star (*) key when you hear the voice guidance.

24 hours/day, 365 days/year

What are the qualifications of the people providing these services?

Services are provided by highly experienced and qualified consultants (health nurse, nurse, senior nutritionist). You also can consult with an advisory doctor (appointment required).

What about privacy?

When you make an appointment to consult with an advisory doctor or when you use the Best Doctors® Service (which provides information on outstanding specialist doctors), you will be asked to provide your name and contact information. User privacy is rigorously protected.
